Shipping Information

Domestic Orders: We utilise An Post Tracked shipping for every order. Orders (once in stock) will typically be dispatched within 3 days of placement. Orders made on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. 

International Orders: For international orders, please expect delivery within 3-8 working days after dispatch. Please note that during peak periods, shipping times may be longer.

Delivery Process: In case of delivery issues where no one is available to receive the parcel, An Post will usually leave it in a safe place (like with a neighbor) or provide a depot address for parcel collection. If you miss your delivery, please contact An Post with your tracking number for further instructions.

Order Amendments: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Customs Charges: Please be aware that orders going to countries outside of the EU may incur customs charges, for which we are not responsible.

Any orders made of products which are not in stock will be shipped within 10 days of purchase.
