Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds:  We want you to adore your jewellery, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7 working day Return & Refund policy from the date you received your order. Please contact info@eva-jewellery.com for a return form.

Your return must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. UNWORN.

Please note E V A DOES NOT ACCEPT EARRING RETURNS under any circumstance, for hygiene reasons. 

The cost of postage for returning items is the customer's responsibility.

We strongly recommend sending your return via registered mail given the customer is responsibile for any potential loss or damage during transit.

Once we receive your return, we will promptly process your refund.

We do not offer exchanges.
